JUNIOR CONSULTANT : Executive Search & Recruitment Consultant

Location: Moscow

Key Responsibilities:

The Consultant has the primary role of managing a Client portfolio within the framework of the Company’s philosophy and goals and more precisely:

  • Apply and defend the Company’s vision, mission and values
  • Take responsibility for the commercial management and development of a Client portfolio working on building a long term professional and qualitative relationship with both clients and candidates.
    In charge of the optimization of the existing results
  • Responsible for full search/placement process including: position definition, research, evaluation, presentation, references, placement and follow-up stages

Profile:

Higher Education
Work experience required: 2-4 years
Fluent English

Qualifications, experience and skills requirements:

A 2 to 4 years experience, ideally in Executive Search & Recruitment or Human Resources or Sales & Business Development in a customer service oriented approach.
