Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Practice has the primary role of

  1. Growing your business sector (volume and quality of clients portfolio, sales turn-over, number of consultants),
  2. Developing a Key Account Management and a Customer Relationship Management policy within the framework of the Company’s philosophy and goals,
  3. Managing and recruiting a performing Team of Consultants, coaching and developing them,
  4. Increase the level of quality and volume of delivery within the practice,
  5. Managing the Practice’s P&L responsibility together with the Deputy General Directors and achieves the yearly budget and profitability defined targets, more precisely:
    • Apply and defend the Company’s vision, mission and values
    • Ensure the qualitative criteria are fully respected by the Consultants in all the aspects of the processes
    • Develop, plan and implement a commercial strategy for his/her practice through a collaboration with Business Development Managers and Deputy General Directors.
    • Identify, Take responsibility for the commercial management and development of a Key Accounts portfolio working on building long term professional and qualitative relationships with both clients and candidates.
    • Manage the Practice team, coach and train new comers.
    • Team members’ performance appraisal together with Deputy General Directors.
    • Assist Deputy General Directors in goals and metrics development, work direction/tactics and resource alignment
    • To stay informed about industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques in order to build industry expertise and develop the network of contacts.
    • Responsible for full search/placement process including: business development, contracts negotiation and conclusion, position definition, search strategy elaboration, direct approach of candidates, candidates evaluation, candidates presentation, reference check, placement and follow-up stages.


Higher Education
Work experience required: 3-6 years
Fluent English

Qualifications, experience and skills requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years experience, ideally in Executive Search & Recruitment, Human Resources, Consulting companies, Sales & Business Development in a customer service oriented approach International company
  • Deep knowledge of the market, trends and key players.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to build up business development strategy within the sector.
